Note: This form is only necessary if you have food allergies, medical needs, religious restrictions or prefer one of the more common lifestyle diets listed. Form must be submitted two weeks prior to arrival to ensure proper menu planning, food ordering and production. Requests will apply to all meals during the guests stay. If we are unable to fulfill your request(s) due to production limitations, availability or cost, our food services team may ask that you bring or send your own food from home to supplement what we offer.

We realize that different guests have different needs. Our food service providers are experienced with accommodating most diets, and by substituting different ingredients and approaches, our kitchen will do their best to accommodate guest requests. It is the Rock Springs Ranch’s expectation that by participating in or sending your child to an event here, you are asserting that Guest/Camper identified on this form has the necessary knowledge of their diet and can manage their food choices.

Most meals are serviced via self-serve bars or family style.

How to redeem your Specialty Meal

When you arrive to our dining hall for your meal, your food will be off to the side wrapped individually with your name, allergy, and group name on it. You must ask one of our team members (just look for the Staff shirts and the Chef coats!) and they will bring it out for you. Please note that some items may be made upon your arrival to ensure they are of the freshest quality.

Please read the following statement

I understand that while the Rock Springs Ranch strives to meet Guest/Camper dietary needs, they cannot guarantee all requests will be able to be met or that Guest/Camper food is completely free of identified allergens as their kitchen at times prepares meals that contain all major food allergens. Guests/Campers with metabolic disorders, multiple allergies, or severe reactions to cross-contamination or exposure, may want to consider bringing their own foods or supplementing what Rock Springs is able to offer especially if requests are for items not typically found in most local grocery stores. Rock Springs is happy to work with Guests/Campers who want to bring a small “igloo" style cooler with attendee’s name clearly labeled on it with as many “store purchased" unopened items as you are comfortable with you or your child eating. Rock Springs food service team will be happy to refrigerate items secured in a cooler and make them available during meals. Rock Springs food service team will assist Guest/Camper in navigating the dining process. Upon arrival at the Dining Hall for their first meal, it is the Guest’s/Camper’s responsibility to identify themselves to our kitchen staff, then cooperate in helping them meet attendee’s need(s). It is ultimately up to the Guest’s/Camper’s discretion to make an informed choice based upon their individual dietary needs.
