Camperships
Camp provides an enhanced learning environment that extends beyond the classroom. From conservation education to teambuilding, the camping experience helps our youth, stay active, develop life skills, and enhance their own abilities by participating in a peer community. Lifelong skills and friendships emerge from Rock Springs camp experiences.
Facility Maintenance and Improvements
We have some big plans for Rock Springs Ranch but we also have the day-to-day repairs, smaller improvements and touch-ups that keep us going.
Experiential Learning Programs
The lessons of 4-H don’t stop at the clubs. We have educational programs at Rock Springs that take learning out of the classroom and into the wild.
Equestrian Program
Have you ever met Marilyn, the horse mom of Rock Springs? She keeps the herd in line and watches over the camp. Our equestrian program is a hallmark of RSR and your support keeps us on the trail.
Tallgrass Preservation
The tallgrass prairie is one of the rarest and most endangered ecosystems in the world. We cherish our part here at Rock Springs and work tirelessly to keep it healthy and thriving.
Covid -19 Fund
Just like everyone in America, we have been impacted by the effects of the pandemic. Camp 2020 was canceled and so were a lot of other events here. The Covid-19 fund helps us maintain our facilities and keep our employees working for 2021 and beyond.
